Never underestimate the POWER OF PAUSE. Taking time and courage to sit in silence, during conversation with ourselves and others is the Best, if not the Only way to let truth sink in. And when truth is heard and received, we are changed. For the better. But when we work overtime to fill all those micro pauses in our day and, especially, in our conversations we miss out. The truism holds true: Less is More when it comes to exchanging words, ideas and even simple questions. The longer we HOLD THE PAUSE, the more we will give and receive; the deeper we will live and the stronger we will be.
